We may collect information that users provide directly, such as names, work email addresses, company details, account settings, form submissions, and messages sent through the website.

Infrastructure may generate limited operational records needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot requests. The public website does not currently load an analytics or advertising tracker.

How We Use Information

We may use information to provide the website, respond to requests, operate accounts, improve product experiences, evaluate interest in AI Teams, and communicate with users about services.

We may also use information for security, governance, compliance, troubleshooting, analytics, and business operations.

Workspace and account data may include user roles, team membership, permissions, connected systems, workspace identifiers, configuration settings, approval states, and audit records.

This information supports RBAC, approval gates, workspace isolation, evidence packs, Trace & Evidence, and account administration.

Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers, infrastructure vendors, professional advisors, or other parties as needed to operate, secure, support, or improve the services.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, security needs, corporate transactions, or with user or customer direction.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, support security, and enforce agreements.
